From well known classes such as Bodypump, Bodycombat, Metafit, Hiit Step etc to our own custom gym classes and those exclusive to the Fit Station such as Insanity, P90X, L1FT & Sh1FT we have something for everyone. All fitness levels are catered for from beginner to the athlete and being a family friendly facility you can bring your kids to all classes.

Join a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. BODYCOMBAT is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement. BODYATTACK is available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.
Boxing class using either bodyweight of whatever you may have available such as resistance bands, small weights etc.
Small Group Training for Strength and Technique - focussing on a different exercise per class with an attached workout related to same. Learn how to lift correctly. Max 6 per class.
L1FT workouts involve high repetitions of relatively low weights (bar and weight plates or dumbbells), which reduces the chance of injury but still allows you to access the many benefits of resistance training: Build lean muscle mass
Increased muscle mass = increased fat burning power
Protect and strengthen the joints
Reduce your chances of injury or joint issues as you age
Shape, tone and strengthen your body.
You can torch up to 500 calories in a 30 minute class. And you'll work hard enough to keep burning extra calories for up to a whole day after your workout. SH1FT will not only improve your fitness, but also strength, mobility, balance, speed and agility (and your abs... if that's what you're after).

Sub30 Core™ is an effective 20 minute workout that targets every aspect of the core; from the abdominals, to the obliques, and the back region. Sub30 Core™ is a bodyweight workout, so no equipment is required.
