High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT Training is a super fast, very effective way to work out. Basically, high-intensity interval training involves short, intense bursts of exercise with less intense moves or complete rest in between. This allows you to spend less time training with half hour classes designed for ALL fitness levels.
Strength Training Group Fitness
With a huge range of exciting and fun strength based group fitness classes we have something for everyone. Strength conditioning is a vital part of our training, a few sessions a week combined with our HIIT classes will get you results in no time.
FAMILY FRIENDLYIN ALL CLASSES
Best of all we are a Family-Friendly Facility with our very own children’s area. This means no child care costs and children are welcome at all our classes. Your kids have a safe space to play in right next to where we train giving you peace of mind. We cater for all ages from babies through to teens.

METAPRO - Metapro is the NEXT Level HIIT bodyweight training class.
Be prepared to be pushed right out of your comfort zone with this next level of training.
With three different formats you never no what you will get but be assured you will be pushed to your limits.
HIIT STEP - HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for team Great Britain. With pumping music, great exercises this is a not to be missed class.
GAMEFIT - The 20 Minute Sports Performance Workout.
GAMEFIT is the exclusive sports performance workout! Directly from the UK. It has had amazing success with sports teams and group fitness classes.
The class is a 20 minute body weight only session, consisting of sports focused exercises, partner work and some stabilising moves. Self determined rest periods, max then relax, Boosts metabolism, Improves speed, agility & stabilisation

INSANITY LIVE - It’s time to rise above the excuses, step outside your comfort zone.
INSANITY® LIVE is a challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all fitness levels. The moves are easy to follow, but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life. Moves can always be modified so you can work up to your own best level. It’s about letting go of your excuses, your limits, and everything that holds you back.
P90X LIVE - P90X is a total-body strength and cardio-conditioning workout using both barbells and dumbbells to leave you feeling fitter and stronger in no time.
P90X LIVE is suitable for all fitness levels and will challenge athletes through a high-intensity, multi-faceted resistance and functional training regimen including elements of CrossFit and muscle confusion, cardio, upper body, lower body and abs & core blocks.
METAPWR - MetaPWR is a 30 minute metabolic power and strength workout using equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, sandbags all in a circuit style training session along with bodyweight exercises. This class is not for the faint hearted, it will be tough.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
STRENGTH - Strength combines strength training and bursts of HIIT using equipment to set your metabolism on fire. We mix this class up every session making use of our gym equipment either in a circuit style set up or stationery stations where you work amongst your team mates.
BODYPUMP - BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODYPUMP is available at The Fit Station in a 45 minute workout still covering all muscle groups.
BOOTY & CORE - Our Booty & Core classes will leave your glutes and core burning and well fired up while having a fun workout along the way.
30 minutes of butt & core toning exercises we change your workout every week.
KETTLEBELL AMPD - Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into a class of calorie-torching fun for a whole body workout!
BOXING FOR FITNESS - Run by qualified Boxing Instructors this is a class full of Boxing drills mixed with your favourite cardio exercises for some calorie torching fun!.
FATBURN XTREME - This workout maximises results in minimum time (just 20 minutes), along with boosting your metabolism and Improving Speed, Power & Strength.
Fatburn Extreme is a new concept in instructor-led fitness training and weight loss exercising. The first of its kind, it is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means participants will work until failure and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities.

Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ PLYO this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
